How we do it
Although each client has different needs, our approach to consulting projects can be broadly outlined in the following stages:
- Understand – A preliminary telephone call is useful to understand the problem that you wish to solve and identify how we might be able to help. This first stage allows us to advise on the best approach to the project, which may or may not include visualSignals. We are happy to direct you to alternative solutions or providers if we feel this would be more appropriate.
- Agree – Once it has been established that we are a good fit for the project, we arrange a meeting to discuss the brief and timeline. This enables us to provide a proposal and estimate of fees.
- Begin – The first stage of the project now begins. Interviews are conducted with stakeholders in your organisation, such as data managers and key end users. Following this, a set of visual mock-ups is prepared for your approval.
- Deliver – The final solution is delivered. Depending on the complexity of the project, this may include on-site installation assistance and end-user training. All solutions are accompanied by ‘Help’ documentation.
