Microsoft subscription shapes for Visio

This post introduces a new Visio master to represent the many variants of Microsoft 365 subscription that the company offers.

I maintain a Visio diagram where I map out all of my Azure and Microsoft 365 resources. While Visio has a great set of masters for both of those categories, there are no masters for Microsoft 365 subscriptions, which reflects the fact the subscriptions themselves do not have logos.

To fill that gap I've created a master that allows you to configure the segment (Business, Enterprise and Education), the family (Microsoft 365, Office 365...) and the plan (E3, E5...).

A stencil file can be downloaded from here and if you drop it into your 'My Shapes' folder then it will be available whenever you need it:

You can set the Segment, Family and Plan either via Shape Data or from the context menu as per the above image. Note that Personal and Government subscriptions are not included in this shape.
